FIRST INNINGS uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run data center.

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track my Order page.

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the tracking system or our own tracking system.

In some cases, tracking information won't load timely. If your order has a tracking number, but it isn't updating timely, please rest assured that you will be taken care of as it is our responsibility to make sure we take good care of you - our beloved customer.
